Lead day-to-day operations, manage the team, own P&L performance, and ensure every guest has a great experience.
Support the Restaurant Manager across operations, staffing, and service quality. Step into the lead role when needed.
Run the kitchen from day one. Manage prep, cooking, quality control, and a small team.
Work the grill, fry, or prep station — rotating across platforms. Fast-paced, team-oriented.
Handle ingredient prep, portioning, stocking stations, and kitchen cleanliness.
Take orders, process payments, and be the first friendly face customers see.
Serve food, keep the dining area welcoming, and make sure every customer feels at home.
Keep the dining area clean, tables cleared, and the space inviting throughout service.
Keep the kitchen running by managing dishwashing, sanitation, and general utility tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the restaurant and equipment.
Handle food deliveries to nearby offices and buildings with care and speed.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, and basic HR administration.
Create content, manage social media accounts, and support marketing campaigns for the launch and beyond.
Source suppliers, manage purchasing, negotiate pricing, and maintain inventory systems.
Oversee financial reporting, tax compliance, and BIR requirements on a fractional basis.
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, payables/receivables, and financial record-keeping.
